Beaucage Salon and Spa Receives the 2012 Iris Award from Senate President Therese Murray on behalf of the M. Patricia Cronin Foundation To Fight Ovarian Cancer

Boston, MA, December 2, 2012  –Beaucage Salon and Spa owners Dean and Deborah Boudreau received the Iris Award at the 11th Celebration of the M. Patricia Cronin Foundation to Fight Ovarian Cancer.  The award is a result of Beaucage Salon and Spa’s fundraising and awareness campaign with KISS 108 during Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. 

The event was hosted by the Honorable Therese Murray, Senate President.  Senator Murray emceed a speaking program that included award and grant presentations at Scollay Square Restaurant in Boston. Members of the legislative, lobbying, and healthcare communities were in attendance. Ticket sales and silent auction proceeds went toward the M. Patricia Cronin Foundation's work to increase awareness of ovarian cancer and support for women who are diagnosed with the disease and their loved ones.
