When was the last time you jumped rope?  Shared a secret?  Giggled with a girlfriend?  By becoming a Big Sister, you get to experience the fun and friendship you had when you were young, while making a profound difference in the life of a girl.  An hour a week is all it takes to make dreams come true. 

The School-Based Mentoring program in the South End and Back Bay area matches girls in elementary school with women mentors. Big and Little Sisters engage in a variety of fun activities during their weekly visits at the Little Sister’s school or after-school program. This program option allows women the flexibility to volunteer near where they work or live.
