Fisher College is pleased to announce the recent hire of Jennifer Sacca Courtney as the Director of Public Relations.

Ms. Courtney’s impressive resume brings a unique depth of experience to Fisher’s public relations initiatives. Before joining the Fisher College team, she most recently held the position of Vice President of Publicity with Rounder Records. In this position, Ms. Courtney was responsible for running the publicity department, promoting and securing press for artists, and organizing record release events. Prior to that, she was a Talent Executive on The Tony Danza Show and worked as a Publicist for World Wrestling Entertainment. Early in her career, she worked for MTV News as an Assignment Editor and The Ricki Lake Show as a Talent Booker. She got her start in public relations working as a Junior Publicist for Wenner Media and as the personal assistant for Regis and Joy Philbin.

As the Director of Public Relations at Fisher College, Ms. Courtney will work to set Fisher apart from other Boston and competitor colleges by leveraging resources and media relationships. Her tenacious approach to promoting the College, as a result of her extensive background in high-profile public relations roles, is sure to draw media attention to Fisher’s innovative initiatives including its growth into Baccalaureate and Master degrees and its Military to Management initiative. She is also responsible for promoting media events and securing guest speakers for Fisher’s ongoing speaker series. Ms. Courtney graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts in English.
