Mass Pike Air Rights Hotel Developer Backs Out
Here are five things you need to know about for Monday.

2. Hotel developer Carpenter & Co. backed out of the air rights proposal over the Mass Turnpike after an agreement with the owners of the Hynes Convention Center parking garage fell through. They had proposed a 200-room hotel on air-rights Parcel 15, and a new garage and 16-story office tower on the Hynes parking garage. The development projects include a mix of business and retail proposed by Trinity Financial, The Chiofaro Company and Weiner Ventures-Samuels & Associates.
