7:00     451 Marlborough Street - Demolition of existing 1-story structure, construction of new 5-story residential building (9 units, 16 car garage). Holland Development, John Holland. David Hacin, Architect. After last month’s advisory presentation to the commission the massing and finishes have been revised significantly.

7:45     343 Commonwealth Ave. – Veneer rear garage in brick, construct deck; repave rear courtyard. Ron Payne, Architect
