The Ritz Carlton Towers. The name really says it all. Luxury, location, security, convenience. This spectacular condominium sited in the heart of the city offers the excitement and culture of Boston right at its doorstep. Prefer a night at home? This home boasts all the deluxe comforts one would expect from this well-recognized address, and really, much more.

Prospective homebuyers will be pleased with the 1,400 square feet of beautifully decorated living space provided within this unit, but it's the spectacular views from almost every room that will spark immediate attention. Oversized floor-to-ceiling windows from the living room, dining room and both bedrooms will remind residents of their good fortune, not in monetary terms, but for their chance to reside within these walls in one of the greatest cities in the country.

The unit boasts a lovely sizable 19 x 10 square foot living room and a neighboring 10 x 10 square foot intimate dining area, both graced with herringbone-patterned Brazilian cherry floors. The 11 x 10 square foot kitchen has been fully equipped with an abundance of cabinetry and granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Both bedrooms suites offer full, private baths and measure at 15 x 13 and 10 x 11 square feet and include warm wall-to-wall carpeting. This home also includes personal amenities that include six closets, individually-controlled heat and central air conditioning and a washer/dryer.

For communal conveniences, this 132-unit complex provides uniformed door attendants, 24-hour concierge service, security, and valet parking (all included in the monthly maintenance fee), the renowned Sports Club/LA, three first-class restaurants and a 19 AMC Loews movie theater.

A luxurious and convenient city lifestyle can be a welcome change from the suburbs where shopping, dining and entertainment is only a short walk away. Complimentary valet parking offers a convenient alternative for traveling, but with these luxurious accommodations and plethora of metropolitan opportunities, mileage will likely remain low on personal vehicles.

As a former 4-year owner of an upper floor unit at this address; 1 Avery St., I would strongly suggest BUYERS look elsewhere to invest their money. This building and the adjacent, 2 Avery St., are riddled with flooding, plumbing and electrical issues and have been since the day "The Residences" opened...There is a reason the turnover rate is so high; invest in a project developed by any builder other than Millenium Properties.
