Berklee Represents in Grammys on Sunday
Here's the alumni and faculty who've been nominated for a Grammy Award.
Once February has arrived, everyone – around Berklee and beyond – is looking forward to the same thing: the Grammy Awards. A really exciting aspect of the Grammys, especially for people connected to Berklee, is the thirty Grammy nominations Berklee alumni have received. Recognized by the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, these musicians, as well as producers, engineers, and arrangers, were handpicked for their contributions to the music world, including pop, rock, hip-hop, alternative, jazz, and Latin. Berklee alumni are even nominated for awards in the prestigious top 3 Grammy Award categories – Record of the Year, Album of the Year, and Song of the Year! On Sunday, February 12, the music community will once again be able to appreciate the talent that Berklee the community contributes to the 54th annual Grammy Awards.
To date, Berklee alumni have won 205 Grammy Awards . You can watch the 54th annual Grammy Awards on Sunday February 12th, broadcast on CBS at 8:00 pm.
