Berklee Faculty Help Build Affordable Housing in New Orleans

They recently returned from the volunteer Habitat for Humanity trip.

Last week eight facutly from Berklee College of Music took a volunteer trip to help build the New Orleans Musicians’ Village, an ongoing Habitat for Humanity project to create new, affordable homes for residents of the Upper Ninth Ward displaced by hurricanes Katrina and Rita.  

Continuing Berklee’s commitment of giving back to the birthplace of jazz, this marks the college's 5th annual sponsored trip to New Orleans.
