1. And now it's getting back up there, with a high near 68 today. It will be clear at night, with a low around 51.

2. The Boston Public Library is having an open house of the Norman B. Leventhal Map Center on Saturday from 1 - 4 p.m. Geared toward kids, there will be tours of the new exhibition America Votes with Curator Ronald Grim at 1:30 and 2:30 p.m. - along with bookmark-making, map puzzles, compass rose coloring pages and more. The map center opened October 2011, and features an exhibition gallery, public learning center and reading room for rare map research.
