Pride Parade Starts at Noon: Street Closings & Event Info

At noon, an estimated 35,000 participants will kick off the Gay Pride Parade.

They'll travel along a route from on Boylston Street at Dartmouth Street, right on Clarendon Street, left on Tremont Street, left on Berkeley Street, right on Boylston Street, left on Charles Street, right on Beacon Street, left on Tremont Street, straight to Cambridge Street, right onto City Hall Plaza.

To accommodate the parade, temporary "Tow Zone, No Stopping, Parade Saturday" parking regulations will be in effect at the following locations.

  • Beacon Street, both sides, from Charles Street to Tremont Street
  • Berkeley Street , both sides, from Tremont Street to Newbury Street
  • Boylston Street , both sides, from Dalton Street to Tremont Street
  • Cambridge Street , both sides, from Court Street to Staniford Street
  • Charles Street , both sides, from Boylston Street to Beacon Street
  • Charles Street South , both sides, from Park Plaza to Boylston Street
  • Clarendon Street , both sides, from Newbury Street to Tremont Street
  • Court Street, both sides, from Washington Street to Cambridge Street
  • Dartmouth Street , both sides, from Newbury Street to St. James Avenue
  • Exeter Street , both sides, from Newbury Street to St. James Avenue
  • Tremont Street , both sides, from Cambridge Street to Beacon Street
  • Tremont Street , both sides, from Union Park Street to East Berkeley Street
  • Staniford Street, east side, from Cambridge Street to opposite Cardinal O’Connell Way

In addition, temporary “Tow Zone, No Stopping, Friday and Saturday” parking regulations will be in effect at the following location.

  • Tremont Street, north side, at #585-595 on parking meters CG077-CG080.

The Annual Chandler Street Block Party will take place on Saturday, June 9.  Temporary "Tow Zone, No Stopping" parking regulations will be in effect on Chandler Street from Berkeley Street heading easterly to the end of the street, from 7:30 AM to 9 PM on Saturday to accommodate the event.

The Boston Pride Day Street Fair will take place on Sunday, June 10, on St. James Avenue .  Temporary "No Tow, No Stopping, Sunday" parking regulations will be in effect on St. James Avenue , between Berkeley Street and Arlington Street .
