Man Charged with Urinating on Boylston Street Restaurant Floor

The following information was supplied by the Boston Police. Charges listed do not indicate convictions.

Police officers responded to a report of a man exposing himself in a Wendy’s restaurant, at 551 Boylston St., at 10:23 p.m. on Friday.

Upon arrival, officers spoke to the caller, who stated that while he was eating on the second floor of the restaurant, he noticed the man urinating on the floor with his penis fully exposed.

The caller heard the sound of something spraying and saw the suspect spraying AXE body spray on himself. Moments later, the caller reported hearing a pouring sound and turned to see the suspect urinating on the floor. The suspect attempted to leave the restaurant, but the caller prevented him from leaving.

While trying to leave, the caller reported that he had to push the suspect back while the police were on their way.

Antonio Delgado, of 3091 Washington St., Roxbury, was arrested and charged with open and gross lewdness.
