I didn’t quite realize the extent to which I enjoyed jazz music until I got to Berklee. Four years later, I can say jazz has become one of my favorite genres of music to listen to.
Jazz Revelation Records (JRR), a student-run, artist-driven record label created to present the jazz composers and performers from the Berklee College of Music, celebrates with a live presentation of its latest album, Ripple Effect, which you can listen to here.
Jazz Revelation Records Presents: Ripple Effect – A Concert Celebration takes place November 15 at 8:15 pm at the Berklee Performance Center. The show features artists Daniel Rotem, Aris Valeris, Eduardo Mercuri, Bryce Milano, and more. Come on out to celebrate along with the cream of the crop jazz musicians from Berklee and Jazz Revelations Records!
Gathered from all over the globe, JRR artists speak the traditional language of jazz in a new way. Their youth, their passion, and their commitment are the launching pad for a sound that gets inside your head, your heart, and yes, you’ll tap your feet and maybe hum along after while.
And if you can’t make it, make sure to catch the show streaming live via Concert Window.
