DON'T CRASH DIET
When it comes to losing weight, be it 5 or 50 lbs, our impatience gets the best of us. And for good reason. There are only about a million diet products, foods, exercise machines, dvds, pills, powders, and shakes that promise rapid weight loss (typically without involving any work on our part) thrown at us each day. But we must think of our health first, and slow & steady is the best way to shed unwanted pounds. It takes time and effort this way, but it will make us healthier and more apt to stay at our goal weight because we have actually learned how to be both. Be patient and work hard. Health and happiness is worth it.
