OMBE's very own Kristen Reynolds will be teaching a FREE Pilates mat class on Sunday, July 1st from 9:45am - 10:45am at Lululemon Athletica's Newbury Street store.
Join Kristen for a challenging series of classical and contemporary Pilates exercises that focus on developing core performance, mobility, and muscle balance. Spring into summer feeling light, aligned, and refreshed from this sweat session safe for all levels.
Location: 337 Newbury Street
Details: No need to sign-up ahead of time. Mats will be provided.

More About Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise that builds core strength, flexibility and balance. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced client, Pilates is a powerful tool for injury prevention and rehabilitation. Our certified Pilates instructor combines Pilates and physical therapy, creating effective rehabilitation sessions for clients with sport injuries, joint replacements or chronic pain such as low back pain. Pilates can also increase athletic performance, benefit prenatal and postnatal care, improve posture and develop mind-body awareness.
Our Boston Pilates studio with dramatic views of Copley Square, offers both private mat and reformer sessions.
