Calling all foodies, home brewers and beer lovers! Who doesn’t love beer with pizza? Better yet, who wouldn’t love pizza made from beer? Confused yet? On Monday, December 3rd, 2012 the Boston Center for Adult Educationis bringing together two guilty pleasures at their latest celebrity chef class, “Brew & Chew with Slumbrew & Posto.” The ongoing, hands-on class series pairs amazing chefs with local craft brewers, and this term Posto’s Chef de' Cuisine Matt Celeste and Somerville Brewing Company’sHead Brewer Jeff Leiter are coming togetherto teach students how to turn leftover beer grains into a delectable and savory spent grain pizza!
 
Students will be able to sample Jeff Leiter’s Slumbrew beers including the Porter Square Porter which was recently named “The Best Porter in New England,” by Boston magazine as they create delicious dishes alongside Chef Celeste in this hands-on cooking class. “Brew & Chew” will take place at the BCAE’s top-notch kitchen facilities.
