Fantasy Tea at L'Espalier
Growing up in New Hampshire, Chef McClelland fondly remembers having tea with his grandparents on their gentleman's farm. Since then he has always enjoyed the art of conversation and sharing delicious bites around the table. He is happy to pass on the tradition of a full tea experience to guests at L'Espalier.

More About L'Espalier
Executive chef and owner Frank McClelland has been a culinary celebrity for a number of years. He was the 2007 James Beard Award winner for Best Northeast Chef and is applauded for his commitment to local ingredients, most of which are grown on his own farm. Lunch at L'Espalier is a la carte. Dinner features a two- or seven-course prix fixe meal. Weekends also include teatime between 2pm and 3:30pm. The cuisine is eclectic, French-inspired fare with a New Englander's sensibilities. Monthly events appealing to true foodies include Wine Mondays, Cheese Tuesdays and Top Shelf Thursdays, which occasionally feature a celebrity guest for a special look at the art of the cocktail. L'Espalier is also available for weddings and other catered events.
