From the halls of a deeply divided Congress in the United States to the stubborn dictatorships in the Middle East to the governments struggling to solve the financial challenges in Europe, the world today faces a crisis of leadership. Instead of throwing up your hands in frustration, you can help—through prayer that supports movement toward better leadership.
The Bible exhorts us to pray “for kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty” ( I Timothy 2:2). To find out how your prayers can make a difference, and to better understand what really makes for a good leader, bring your questions to this chat with Christian Science practitioner and teacher Barbara Pettis.
