The Hospitality Tent will be open to the public for the duration of the Boston Book Festival, which takes place from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., on Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012.

More About Copley Square
The public plaza in the heart of Back Bay is a popular meeting place located right off of the T. People are often seen enjoying a sunny day sitting on the grass or walking to the many upscale shops, restaurants and city landmarks nearby, including Newbury Street, the Prudential Center, John Hancock Tower and Copley Place Mall.
Copley Square is a central location for a variety of events, like a farmers market every Tuesday and Friday from mid-May to the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. It's also adjacent to the Boston Marathon finish line.
Copley is a green line stop on the T, with a bus stop on the southern side of the square, facing the Copley Square Hotel, for the 9, 39, 55, 503 and 502 buses.
