 Jam is a free early childhood (3-5 years old) interactive music educatio
 n program provided to the Boston-area community by the Music Education d
 epartment at Berklee College of Music. The program is intended to introd
 uce young children to a variety of musical activities essential to a wel
 l-rounded music education. These include singing and sound exploration\,
  moving\, playing rhythm instruments\, creating\, listening\, and respon
 ding to music\, as well as learning about a variety of musical concepts 
 and instruments.&nbsp\;During this weekly workshop\, Berklee music educa
 tion students\, led by professors&nbsp\;Libby Allison&nbsp\;and&nbsp\;Ch
 arlene Ryan\, practice their developing teaching skills in this fun and 
 energetic setting.&nbsp\;
