The Boston Center for Adult Education Makes it Possible to Get the Comfort without the Fat
The arrival of cold weather means the onset of comfort food cravings. However, no matter how delicious these foods are, they often result in that dreaded winter weight gain. This season, the Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE), located in Boston, MA, makes it possible to satisfy those cravings and keep that waistline in check with “Light Comfort Foods”. On Wednesday, November 7th, 2012 from 6:00PM to 9:00PM, students will learn how to make healthier versions of their favorite comfort foods, including chicken pot pie, juicy meatballs and even fried chicken!
Part of the BCAE’s “Energetic Eats” series, “Light Comfort Foods” is aimed at showing students how to cut the fat, not the flavor. Students will not want to miss the chance to look great this season without sacrificing the comfort of those delicious winter foods! Registration is required. For more information or to sign up, please visit www.bcae.org or call the Boston Center for Adult Education at 617-267-4430.

Boston Center for Adult Education was founded by Dorothy Hewitt as a place where both women and men can gather to discuss a variety of topics and learn from each other for "the sheer pleasure of doing so." BCAE classes range in topics from the arts to physical health. It reserves the right to cancel classes in short notice, but it would refund up to 50-percent of tuition.
