Poultry 101 with Tom Daly from Savenor's Market

Course Description

Free yourself from poultry phobia and fear not the butchers knife! Savenor's head butcher, Tom Daly, will show you how to truss and break down a whole roaster chicken while you nosh on food and refreshments provided by Kitchenwares!

You will also learn

1. Proper knife skills
2. Using your hands to work the chicken
3. How to cook the 8 parts
4. How to use the carcass for stock
5. Bonus! how to perfectly roast a fresh chicken for a fantastic dinner
6. Super Bonus! You will take home your own chicken to prepare!

All participants will receive a 20% in store discount at Savenor's two locations on all purchases the next day Wednesday, May 2nd.

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend your class, let us know 48 hours before class begins for credit to another class or full refund.
