Instructor Stacy Slawitsky will teach some vital stres s management exercises including practical restorative stretches\, effec tive breathing exercises and calming meditation techniques at the Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE). \;Students will arrive back at w ork with a clear mind and the tools to ensure the calm before\, during a nd after the storm! \;About the Instructor: Stacy's journey with yog a began in Manhattan as a means to relieve the stress of a demanding job on Wall Street. Her discovery of PranaVayu yoga opened her mind and bod y in transformational ways. Her passion to share these practices with ot hers led her to complete her 200-hour PranaVayu teacher training with fo under David Magone. Stacy continues to further her training with yoga in structors throughout Boston and New York.
