Come Celebrate the Equinox with Our Amazing Sound Healing Event at BareSole Yoga in Carlisle, Friday Evening March 21, 7-9:00pm

Though it still feels like winter out there, the Spring Equinox reminds us that this is a battle that spring always wins! We're celebrating the Equinox with a very special event: come join us as sound healing duo SoundScapers build a cathedral of exquisite sound and tone, into which we'll wander as a community, seeking release, balance, healing, and a new sense of self. It's the perfect time of the year to shed the dross of winter and prepare for a new season of growth, and you will love this deeply therapeutic and profoundly relaxing event. Attendees lay on yoga mats (or sit in the available chairs) and are bathed in the sounds of chant, the shruiti box, the gong, the didgeridoo, trance drumming, and over a dozen sound bowls. 7-9:00pm, $35 per person, call BareSole to register at  (978) 369-7522.
