Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates Welcomes Dr. Pring to Copley Practice

Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates proudly welcomes Dr. Brenda Anders Pring to the pediatrics department at its Copley practice. Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates is a multi-specialty physician practice with offices across eastern Massachusetts and is an affiliate of Atrius Health.

Pring received her medical degree from Harvard Medical School and completed a pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital Colorado in Denver. During her residency, she was appointed to the American Academy of Pediatrics’ (AAP) Committee on Federal Government Affairs as a liaison for the Section on Medical Students, Residents, Fellows and Trainees. She was also selected as a class representative to the Colorado American Academy of Pediatrics and worked as an intern in the AAP’s Washington office, where she often represented the AAP at briefings and hearings in the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives.

Prior to Pring’s medical career, she had a successful career in public policy and communications. Pring worked on several political campaigns including the ‘92 and ‘96 Clinton-Gore presidential campaigns. During Clinton’s presidency, she worked in the White House Office of the Press Secretary fulfilling various public relations duties. She continued her public relations career at Lifetime Television, and as a Team Leader for the Democratic National Committee Convention before focusing on her medical degree.

She is a resident of Newton, Mass.
