Taste the New Year with Treat Cupcake Bar

Treat Cupcake Bar, home to “Cupcake Wars” veterans, is ushering in 2014 with their Winter Flavors Tasting at their Chestnut Hill (the Street) location on Tuesday, January 21st from 6:30 to 8:00. Showcasing their Blueberry Pancake, Nor’easter and North Pole alongside cupcake cappuccino samples  and a charity raffle to benefit “Nothing But Nets,” their monthly charity. Nothing But Nets is a great organization that provides nets to protect kids against malaria carrying mosquitoes in Africa. 100% of the donations from their raffle will benefit the foundation directly as well as donations from their VIP gift bags.

Every season Treat puts together this event that is free to attend. Its a chance to break outside of the proverbial cupcake box and try a mint chocolate cake topped with peppermint oreo frosting, a white cake with white chocolate bits or their acceptable for breakfast, blueberry cake and maple frosting with candied walnuts.
