Boston Man Arrested on Warrant at Back Bay Station

MBTA Transit Police arrested a Boston man early Wednesday morning on a warrant after he was suspected of loitering at Back Bay Station.

Nathan Estey, 18, faces charges on a warrant from Taunton District Court on assault and battery and disorderly conduct.

Boston Marathon Field to Increase to 36K in 2014

Organizers for the 2014 Boston Marathon announced Thursday the field for the 118th race next April will swell to 36,000 runners, the second-largest in race history, according to an Associated Press report on BostonHerald.com.

Fast Food Workers Strike For Better Wages 

Boston's fast food workers rallied near Boston Common Thursday and strike for higher wages outside several establishments along Tremont Street.

There were demonstrations taking place throughout the city Thursday, including near Copley Square's fast food restaurants early in the morning. Several pictures of the Back Bay strike were posted on Twitter here and here.
