Police Search for Suspect in Armed Robbery at Boylston Street Bank

Police are still searching for a man suspected of robbing a Citizen's Bank in Back Bay.

Around 3:44 p.m., Boston police received a report of an armed robbery at 426 Boylston St. in Back Bay.

According to officials, a white male, dressed in a light blue polo shirt and jean shorts, approached the bank teller window with a note demanding money. He was described as being in his early to mid-40's, approximately 5-foot-11 inches and around 180 pounds with a slim build. 

Officials said the teller complied with the man, but slipped a dye pack within the money. The pack exploded after the suspect fled by foot inbound toward Arlington Street.
