Every Tuesday, guests are treated to a selection of beers inspired by changing seasons, regions, or breweries paired with a four-course tasting menu composed of rustic French cuisine. Guests are seated at the bar while resident beer expert, Seth Mandeville leads an engaging, informal talk touching on the highlights of the evening's beers.
