On Tuesday, August 14th, 2012 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM, become inspired by Nella Pasta, the Boston-based pasta company founded by two friends with one big dream. Co-owners Leigh and Rachel will lead the latestworkshop for the popular “Turn Your Passion Into a Paycheck” series at the Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE). Both life-long foodies, the girls decided to ditch their day jobs and pursue a shared passion for fresh pasta and local ingredients. With culinary backgrounds and ashared passion for good food, the girls began planning to open their own business. They searched out the best local farms and companies such as Narragansett Creamery for their award-winning, super creamy ricotta, and Four Star Farms for their local wheat flour. With the best ingredients in hand, Nella developed their signature seasonal ravioli. Two years later, Nella Pasta is rolling in the dough as a successful pasta brand, proving that dreams can come true!
