Final Beam Raised For Avalon Exeter in Back Bay
Residential project in Back Bay expected to be finished next year.
Last week, we shared with you some information about the Avalon Exeter building construction at 77 Exeter St. in Back Bay, including that the building is expected to be completed in 2014.
Developer AvalonBay shared with us a couple images taken last Wednesday from the tower, when the final beam of the tower was raised and put into place.
Avalon Exeter is AvalonBay's first luxury apartment development in Boston. It will be a $100 million residential building with 28 stories, 187 units and 242,000-square-feet of space inside a stone and glass tower.
