Reminders:  Time is running out. The sooner you send in your Stroll Participation Form (attached), the more exposure you get. The deadline for the Program Guide is Monday, Nov. 26.

Stroll participants and their events are being posted on our social media channels. Please email us a photo to post with your event. It can be a photo of anything you would like to have posted. We are now posting, so again...the sooner you submit, the better. The time for these postings will run out as we get closer to the event. Please SHARE, LIKE and COMMENT to help spread the word and make this year's Stroll and the Holiday Season on Newbury Street a success!

Permitting: The City of Boston will issue one permit to the League for the day of the Stroll. This makes it so easy for each of you! All you need to do is list your in store events on the Participation Form and it will get submitted All Food/Drinks, Music (DJs are allowed inside but City has asked that we do not have DJ's outside the stores.)  Live Music on private property in front of store is encouraged.  This creates a wonderful atmosphere for those walking the street. Anything done in your store that is outside your normal daily business, must be permitted so please list on your form.

On Street festivities include, Santa (2 actually....shh), Elves, Music, Despicable Me 2 Minions...and more in the works so stay tuned!

Window Decals...are at the printer and will be distributed to those who have signed up to participate.

Postcards...are at the printer and will be distributed next week to help you spread the word to your customers.

Please...contact us with any questions!  Thanks to all of you who are participating and helping to make the holidays on Newbury .....Very Merry!
