Boston Police responded to a report of an assault and battery at 32 Greenwich Park on 12:58 p.m. Tuesday. Upon arrival, police observed a man wearing nothing but khakis running on the stairs of 32 Greenwich Park. A woman shouted to officers to stop the man, so he was placed in handcuffs, but was not under arrest.
