2014 SHPE Regional Leadership Development Conference

The Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, Boston Chapter is hosting the 7th Annual SHPE Region IV Regional Leadership Development Conference in Cambridge, MA on February 27th – March 2nd, 2014.

The conference will include talks, workshops, information sessions, contests and a career fair. It will feature more than 22 companies including Biogen Idec, Raytheon, MIT Lincoln Laboratory, Google and more!

THEME: COLLABORATING FOR SUCCESS
For leaders to be successful, they need to embrace collaboration. Setting the vision, a purpose, and developing the plan may not be enough without a strong teams support, and openness to work together to collaborate.
Attending the conference will enable individuals to:
  • Improve communication, team leadership, and management skills
  • Prepare for future challenges
  • Expand your network across region 4 within the students, professionals, and corporate partners
  • Reunite with old friends and meet new ones
