There are few times in a person's life when he or she
remembers exactly where they were and what they were doing on a
particular day.
For Boston, Massachusetts, one of those days is Marathon Monday April 15, 2013.
Of the many ways to connect and to live a balanced life, meditation is one of the simplest and most profound. Studies have shown that even a tiny percentage of a city's population meditating reduces crime rates and violence.
Join Alex Bynum, Jikiden Reiki Practitioner, and Jordan Bain, Spiritual
Guide and Healer, for an afternoon guided meditation for peace prior to
this year's Boston Marathon, just a few blocks from the site of last
year's tragic bombing.
Let's do our part of creating more peace, acceptance, and unity.
Here are the details:
WHAT: Boston Strong: A Meditation for Peace
WHEN: Saturday April 19th 1:30pm- 3pm
WHERE: Karma Yoga Studio 338 Newbury Street 3rd Floor (Right above Trident Bookstore and Cafe)
Register here: http://karmayogastudios.com/NEWBURY-st-back-bay-yoga-studio/

Please feel free to pass this event along to anyone you feel would like to be part of this amazing afternoon.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
