Emancipated Century, Joe Turner's Come and Gone

Staged Reading - Joe Turner's Come and Gone is the second Wilson cycle play.  It is 1911 and Herald Loomis is looking for his wife, with his daughter in hand.  The family was split and fractured when Loomis was sent to prison through no fault of his own unless complexion is considered a crime.  He has served seven years and is determined to make his future better.  He does that by cutting ties to the past and creating emancipation on his own terms.
