Histories of Now: A Space for Dialogue, Art and Activism

With a focus on current events in Egypt, “Histories of Now: A Space for Dialogue, Art and Activism” will explore various contemporary movements and their shared struggle for social transformation.  SMFA’s Grossman Gallery will transform into a site of international and local dialogue with spaces for gatherings, areas for internet research and a media library for readings, creative thinking and questioning. The public is invited to join the conversation with scholars, artist, activists + SMFA students/faculty.

Schedule of events will be posted weekly at www.smfa.edu/egypt-dialogue.
