Top of the Hub Features Traditions Of The Season For Thanksgiving

Guests To Enjoy Complimentary Visit To Skywalk Observatory

Celebrating almost five decades of service to Boston's discerning dining community, Top of t he Hub will welcome Thanksgiving with a four course prix-fixe menu featuring flavors of the season.

The Thanksgiving  menu, created by Executive Chef Mark J. Porcaro, will be served on Thursday, November 22, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Offering panoramic views from its location on the 52nd floor of the Prudential Tower, the restaurant will mark the holiday with such classic selections as Traditional Roasted Turkey, Acorn Butternut Squash Bisque and Pumpkin Cheese Cake, along with restaurant favorites including Apple Hazelnut Crusted Salmon, Slow Roasted Rib Eye, Ginger Roasted Pears and Maple Crème Brulee.  A menu of vegetarian choices will also be available.

The restaurant's Thanksgiving menu is priced at $63 per person ($25 for children 6 to 12; children under 5 dine at no cost), exclusive of beverages, tax and gratuity.  ( The Lounge will serve a lighter fare Bar Menu throughout the day in addition to offering live jazz from 4 to 8 p.m. with The Brian McCree Group featuring Ron Murphy.)  Credit Card Reservations are recommended, and may be made by calling  6 1 7 - 5 3 6 - 1 7 7 5  or visiting www.TopOfTheHub.net.

All Thanksgiving guests will be invited to enjoy a complimentary Thanksgiving Day visit to the Skywalk Observatory, New England's tallest observatory and Boston's ONLY sky-high vantage point.  Located directly beneath Top of the Hub on the Prudential Tower's 50th floor, the Skywalk experience includes the Dreams of Freedom Immigration Museum, an exclusive Audio Tour highlighting the skyline's many points of historic and cultural interest, plus admission to “Wings Over Boston,” a spectacular aerial video tour of Boston and Cambridge, shown in the Skywalk’s state-of-the-art video theater.
