Italy-Inspired Wine Dinner at Lineage

Travel through Italy with Brookline’s Lineage Restaurant when they host a special wine dinner on Thursday, June 19th. Chef de Cuisine Rich Morin is creating a five-course menu, each course expertly paired with Italian wines by General Manager and Sommelier Amy Audette and importer Nick Mucci, who will be on site to help guide guests through the tasting.   

Guests are invited to enjoy an array of Italian wines and dishes representing five regions of Italy: Abruzzo, Campania, Sicily, Piedmont, and Emilia Romanga.  Chef Rich Morin, Amy Audette, and Nick Mucci collaborated to create an evening reminiscent of travelling through Italy, allowing guests to learn about the various intricacies of these spectacular Italian wines. The menu for the evening includes:

Passed: Crespelle with House Accompaniments, Ricotta, Mortadella, Bresaola
