POP UP CHARITY DINNER AT FLOUR BAKERY + CAFE IN BACK BAY

Join chef, restauranteur, and cookbook author, Joan Chang at a three-course pop-up dinner showcasing dishes from her latest cook book, Flour, Too on Sunday, August 11th - all in support of Share Our Strength.   



 After noshing
on a selection of passed appetizers, guests will enjoy a three-course meal with
optional wine pairing and later go home with a tasty surprise for the next
morning.  All proceeds from the evening
will go to Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign to end childhood hunger
in America.

Mini Turkey Burgers with Spicy Tomato Jam; Shots
of Chilled Spanish Gazpacho; Empanaditas with Goat Cheese, Portobellos, and

First Course



Heirloom Tomato Salad with Watermelon, Feta,
and Nigella Seeds; Gougere and Cheese Straws  



Second Course



Aniceto’s Famous Fried Chicken; Three Bean
and Potato Salad with Fresh Herbs; Roasted Pork Loin With Chive Spaetzle and
Balsamic Onions, Jeff’s Pickles



Third Course



Boston Cream Pie; Pavlova with Summer Fruits;
French Macarons with Lemon Curd, Chocolate Ganache, Vanilla Buttercream


















Tickets are
available for $65 per person or $85 with wine.
