Training For Warriors Fitness Jam hits Boston!

Tired of feeling beat up after a bootcamp? Come to our Fitness Jam and get built up! We're here to build muscle, burn fat, and feel great! Using a system developed to get UFC fighters prepared for their fights, we incorporate NFL quality sprinting and dynamic bodyweight movements, along with top notch motivational coaching.  Classes will be every hour on the hour, with warrior challenges to help you find the warrior within! Giveaways from City Sports, Sweet Green, Boloco, and many more!
