Free Admission to Boston Museums on Labor Day Weekend—for Bank of America Customers

If you're a Bank of America customer, you can head to the Museum of Fine Arts for free on Labor Day weekend.

Few things in life are truly free. But this weekend, admission to seven area museums, including the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, is exactly that. 

The catch? You must be a Bank of America or Merrill Lynch customer with a valid credit or debit card and a photo ID.

The participating museums in the new "Museums on Us" program from Bank of America, have all agreed to open their doors to Bank of America and Merrill Lynch customers on Saturday, September 1st and Sunday, September 2nd, and will continue the deal on the first weekend of each month through next year.

Those museums in Massachusetts  include:  The American Textile History Museum, Cape Cod Museum of Art, Harvard Museum of Natural History, Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art (Mass MoCA), Museum of Fine Arts – Boston, Worcester Art Museum and The Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art. 

The national program offers free admission to more than 150 museums throughout the country.

The program is not valid on Labor Day, Monday, September 3.
