Boston Living Center Selected For $100K Grant

Victory Programs announces it has received a $100K for 100 program grant from the Cummings Foundation.


Victory Programs has been selected as one of the 100 local nonprofits to receive grants of $100,000 each through Cummings Foundation’s new $100K for 100 program, according to a recent statement from the program.

The money will be used to support Victory Programs’ Boston Living Center, which is located in Back Bay at 29 Stanhope St. According to Victory Programs, Boston Living Center is "New England’s largest community resource center people living with HIV/AIDS."

“Victory Programs is so grateful to be among the 100 recipients of this remarkable gift,” Jonathan Scott, president and CEO of Victory Programs, said in the statmenent. “Cummings Foundation’s commitment to underserved populations is inspirational, and their grant will make an enormous impact on the lives of so many living with HIV/AIDS in greater Boston for years to come.”

Cummings Foundation Executive Director Joel Swets said the foundation is "delighted to support Victory Programs in its admirable efforts to break down barriers to housing and health care for people living with HIV/AIDS.”
