King Day of Service and Leadership

Northeastern will host its annual King Day ofService and Leadership, which will includeworkshops led by community nonprofit organizations including Girls' LEAP, Youth on Board, MathPower, 826 Boston, The Food Project and the Massachusetts Promise Fellowship Nonprofit Leadership Institute.

Volunteers will have the opportunity to complete service projects to benefit partner nonprofit organizations including:

·    Mural painting for the Patrick Kennedy Elementary

·    Decorating book folders for Generations,Inc.

·    Book recording with Jumpstart

·    Planting food with Northeastern’s Sustainable Service Committee
