PET A DOG
Being animal lovers is actually good for our health. A study for the American Heart Association conducted by the University of Buffalo showed that dog and cat owners have lower blood pressure and can cope with a high stress lifestyle better. Research has also shown that the simple act of petting a pup raises our feel-good serotonin and dopamine levels, enhancing our moods and fighting depression. Even if you're not a fan of furry friends, the occasional pat when you're stressed might not be a bad idea.
