Located near Steve's restaurant on the corner of Newbury and Hereford streets, on the upper level, Felicia's Cosmetics is cozy, minimally staffed, and cluttered with an array of miscellaneous beauty products in a variety of brands. Some of them, Jurlique in particular, are dedicated to 100 percent natural ingredients (even to the point of operating their own farm to grow and blend the botanicals themselves).  Others are imported from the Far East.  The welcoming but no-nonsense owner, Felicia, runs the shop by herself and is famously eager to provide skin care consultations and reccommend just the right product from the dozens she has to offer.
