Get In Shape for Women
Get In Shape for Women is a personal training studio. It offers small group classes for up to four women interested in losing weight, getting toned, improving their cardio and increasing their strength. Training sessions include a 30-minute session of working with weights and a 25-minute cardio workout which is finished off with a nutrition coaching session. Participants are asked to come up with a specific fitness goal and commit to sticking with the program until they reach it.
