Great Chiropractic and Acupuncture! During my half marathon training last year, I started having significant knee pain as a result of two surgeries I had years ago. Instead of just popping ibuprofen and pushing through the pain, I wanted to help treat the cause of it. So I came in for a combination of acupuncture with Jessica and chiropractic with Erik. The sessions are a full hour so you get a lot of time during your treatment to talk about what is going on and ask them questions. I was also given at home self-care so that I could be proactive in staying well. I was able to not only complete the half marathon pain-free, but I had a personal best by 7 minutes!
