Sel de la Terre

Sel de la Terre is celebrity chef Frank McClelland's more casual alternative to L'Espalier. Still largely French-inspired, a number of Provencal dishes can be found on the menu, but the award-winning burger is what most people come for. Grilled New England ground beef, Vermont cheddar, crispy pancetta and spicy aïoli combine to create its widely appreciated signature flavor. Brunch is served on weekends and in the later hours, and Sel de la Terre has an active bar scene.
