Boston Update "Most Wanted" List

Police added six men to their list of highly-sought after suspects on Friday.

Boston Police have updated their "Most Wanted" list on Friday. They have added six new persons, all men, to the list. If you have information about any of the persons at the link, they ask that you call 1-800-494-TIPS. Do you recognize any of them? Photos of the persons, and descriptions of their alleged crimes, are attached to this post.

Bachelor Party Ends with Possible Stabbing and Arrest

Officers arrested Robert Hernandez, 27, of Worcester and charged him with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a bottle) after arriving on the scene to see another 27-year-old man with a large laceration to the neck area, police said.

A bachelor party may have gone bad early Sunday morning when police responded to the Marriott Hotel on 110 Huntington Ave at 3:09 a.m. for a report of a possible stabbing that landed a man in the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Officers arrested Robert Hernandez, 27, of Worcester and charged him with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a bottle) after arriving on the scene to see another 27-year-old man with a large laceration to the neck area, police said. Man Charged With Rear-Ending a State Police Cruiser at 2 a.m.

Leonidas Joachim, 24, of Dorchester, was arrested at 2 a.m. and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and unsafe lane change.

A man Massachusetts State Police say rear-ended a cruiser at a red light in Back Bay was arrested early Friday morning.  Leonidas Joachim, 24, of Dorchester, was arrested at 2 a.m. and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and unsafe lane change.  In the report, police say Troopers Dennis Hogan and Patrick Mahady were stopped at a red light at the corner of Tremont and Boylston streets when their cruiser was struck from behind by another car. Police said there was minor damage on the left side of the cruiser. Joachim, the operator, told a sergeant who was called to the scene that he had been at the Pour House "and made statements relative to having consumed a few drinks but denied being intoxicated," according to the report…

Transit Officer Wrestles Suspected Cell Phone Thief to the Ground

Jonathan Pagan, 20, of Chelsea was arrested at 6:38 p.m. and charged with attempted robbery.

A transit police officer wrestled a man accused of trying to steal a cell phone to the ground at Back Bay Station Wednesday night, and pepper sprayed him twice as he struggled to escape, according to a report from the MBTA.  Jonathan Pagan, 20, of Chelsea was arrested at 6:38 p.m. and charged with attempted robbery after two men apprehended him and brought him to transit police, saying he just tried to steal one of their cell phones on the Orange Line platform.  Michael Cauley of the Transit Police said in his report that Pagan struggled as he was arresting him so he used pepper spray to apprehend him.  "I told Pagan that he was under arrest and further informed him in a loud clear voice that if he did not comply with my order to place his…

FBI Arrests Sovereign Bank 'Serial Robber'

Johanna P. Quish, 45, of Dorchester was charged with the April 13 armed robbery of the Sovereign Bank on 575 Boylston St.

Alleged "serial bank bobber" Johanna P. Quish, 45, of Dorchester, was arrested Monday and charged with the April 13 armed robbery of the Sovereign Bank on 575 Boylston St.  Quish was arrested by the FBI’s Violent Crimes Task Force at 2 p.m. in Danvers after a tip from the public.  Quish is suspected of four other robberies that the FBI did not name. In 2005, she received probation for a 2005 robbery of a Soverign Bank in Milton.

ACLU Looking Into Police Conduct at Weekend Tea Party Rally

The organization said it will be probing the events on Boston Common this weekend.

The American Civil Liberties Union of Massachusetts is investigating the conduct of Boston police following the release of controversial photographs depicting an officer with his hand on the neck of a protester at a Tea Party rally on the Boston Common over the weekend. The photos, shot by 22-year-old UMass Boston student Paul Weiskel, also show police attempting to stop photographers from taking pictures of them, even though the First Amendment grants citizens the right to do so. Police: Purse Snatcher Bites Security Guard

After a struggle by the Southwest Corridor entrance Saturday at 4:32 p.m., police arrested William Drayton, of 100 Regent St., Roxbury, and charged him with a larceny of pick-pocketing $50 - $199. During the struggle, Drayton bit a security officer on the arm, drawing blood, and then when he was being booked said he was HIV positive and had Hepatitis C. He allegedly stole a purse from a woman shopping at White House Black Market in Copley Place. The woman was about to pay at the counter, when she realized her tan wristlet was missing. Security responded to the scene, and got word that a man matching the description of the suspect was trying to use a stolen credit card at Victoria's Secret. PHOTO: Can You ID this Woman Who Robbed Sovereign Bank?

Police are searching for a women in her 20's who robbed Sovereign Bank on April 13, and posted photos from surveillance pictures on Mass Most Wanted. The suspect is described as white female, 5'1" med build wearing a black north face jacket, large black pocketbook, black baseball hat, and sunglasses. She handed a teller a note, and fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.
