Howie Green
250 Boylston St, Boston, MA 02116
Howie Green is a pop artist whose taste is self-defined as eclectic and upbeat.  It's his use of colors that isMore most memorable and defining. His work has been shown in more than 30 public and private gallery exhibitions. He is a prolific artist, creator and designer. Bostonians can see his art by simply walking down the street; in 2009 he took part in the mayor's Fresh Paint program in which local artists painted the grey utility boxes all around the city in any unique way they liked. There are now three Howie Green originals on display in the city, including near Government Center and in Downtown Crossing. A Rochester, New York, native, Howie Green often returns to that area and there are public works of his art on display there as well.
